Our catalogue covers most chambers, profile widths and pitches on the market. But when a profile system is new or has an unusual section, the answer is a custom corner fitting or T-joint. At Estoal we have been doing this since 1986.
When do you need a custom part?
- Your profile chamber does not match any reference in our tables.
- You work with a new or exclusive profile system.
- You need a variant of an existing series (different length or pitch).
- You need a specific machined part for your process.
What information to send us
The more complete the information, the faster the study:
- The profile drawing or section, with the chamber dimensions.
- A profile sample, if possible.
- The closest reference in our catalogue, if you have identified one.
- Expected quantities and assembly method (with or without a press).
How we work
Our technical department analyses the profile, proposes the right fitting or T-joint geometry and, if needed, the matching die. Once the proposal is approved, the part is manufactured at our facilities in San Javier (Murcia, Spain).
